26&2

  • 40 degrees.

    Level : Beginners and up.

Increased stamina & flexibility while correcting alignment in foundation poses.

  • A traditional hot yoga class focusing on alignment, hip and spine stabilisation and flexibility. This motivating session builds strength, stamina and overall fitness. It’s a fantastic foundation class, suitable for all levels - from complete beginners to experienced yogis.

We offer three 26&2 options : a 60-minute express class, a 75-minute class or the full 90-minute session. All classes follow a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, making them beginner-friendly while still providing a challenge for all levels.

Through discipline and consistency, 26&2 helps students develop focus, determination and mindfulness, guiding the entire class through a powerful moving meditation.

26&Flow

  • 40 degrees.

    Level : Beginners and up.

Improves stamina, flexibility & cardiovascular fitness.

  • 26&Flow, developed by one of our HYB teachers, is a dynamic fusion of our original 26&2 sequence and Flow class.

You’ll recognise all the classic 26&2 postures, but with the option to take them further - adding new transitions, core-strengthening postures and an extra cardiovascular challenge.

This energising class is designed to be fun while promoting a strong, lean and healthy body from the inside out.

Hot Yoga Flow

  • 40 degrees.

    Level : Beginners and up.

A mix of Bikram, fierce grace, vinyasa & ashtanga yoga all in one. Improves stamina, flexibility & cardiovascular fitness.

  • Hot Yoga Flow is led by our expert teachers, trained in Bikram, Hatha and Fierce Grace.

This dynamic class focuses on alignment while building strength, stamina and flexibility. Set to music, we flow through hip openers, deep twists and targeted sequences for the upper body, glutes and core.

At HYB, we have four instructors who teach this class, each bringing their unique style while maintaining a consistent structure. You’ll recognise familiar transitions, themes and postures in every Flow session you attend.

This class is slightly more challenging than our other offerings, as it works 100% of the body - but we encourage everyone to give it a go.

Slowflow

  • 40 degrees.

Level : Beginners & first timers.

Relax mentally & physically with a slower paced class.

  • This class is an evolution of our original 45-minute session, now with a longer savasana to enhance relaxation.

While all HYB classes are open to all levels, SlowFlow is ideal for those looking to focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture. It’s perfect for beginners, those new to the heat, or anyone who enjoys a gentler practice from time to time.

We move through foundational postures from the 26&2 and Flow sequences, finishing with a restorative cooldown to leave you feeling relaxed, recharged and refreshed.

Hot pilates

  • 40 Degrees.

    Level : Beginners & up.

  • This class is an intense full body workout that uses the principles of yoga, HIIT cardio, strength training & mobility.

Modifications are offered for all levels, so just like every class at HYB, you can push yourself or take it at your own pace - it’s entirely up to you.

So come as you are, work hard, sweat it out and have fun.

MOBility flow

  • 40 degrees.

    Level : Beginners & up.

For those seeking freedom in their bodies. Mobility, FRC, flexibility.

  • Mobility Flow is designed to unlock your body’s full potential through flexibility, mobility and functional range conditioning.

By moving beyond traditional yoga postures and breaking free from familiar movement patterns, this class helps you build greater mobility, strength and a new sense of freedom in your body.

We recommend trying at least one other Hot Yoga class first to get acquainted with the heat before diving deeper into mobility work.

hot vinyasa

  • 40 degrees.

    Level : Beginners & up.

  • Rooted in traditional Vinyasa yoga, our Hot Vinyasa Flow classes seamlessly link movement with breath, creating a dynamic and energetic experience.

Expect a foundation of familiar Sun Salutations and standing poses, while also exploring playful transitions, creative flows and dynamic peak postures that keep each class fresh and inspiring.

Suitable for practitioners who enjoy a blend of structure and spontaneity, this class will leave you feeling strong, centred and balanced.

Somatic Flow

  • 40 Degrees.

    Level : Beginners & up.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. EVERY POSTURE AND FLOW IS AN INVITATION. SIMPLY SHOWING UP IS ENOUGH. SEE YOU ON THE MAT.

  • Somatic Flow is led by Danielle d’arcy.

As a somatic therapist Danielle’s class is a beautiful merging of worlds - weaving hot yoga, embodied movement and nervous system regulation tools together this class invites you to listen and learn to understand the somatic mother tongue language of your body.

Danielle’s class follows a set sequence - one that is repeated every time you come - so you have a chance to see your progress, to see yourself as the variable, to map and track the ways that you are showing up and spiralling deeper into the practise.

This practise is not about doing or performing.

This is about feeling. This is about connecting to your intention - your ‘why’. Why hot yoga? Why this particular class? What do you want from this practise? What are you seeking?

Our bodies want to be inhabited deeply.

And when we arrive at a ‘yoga class’ where physical asana is offered we are being asked to use the body as a portal to our aliveness

In this practise you will find your resilient edge, you will be brought to peak activation and guided back to a state of regulation using your breath and awareness.

This is a reframing method, supporting you to expand your window of stress tolerance and build your capacity for intensity. Because life can be intense. And this can be your dress rehearsal.
