We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for classes.
You can cancel your booking through the HYB app up to 12 hours before the class start time. If you miss the 12-hour cancellation window, you will be marked as a no-show.
Please note : Cancellations via email, phone, messaging or by contacting teachers privately will not be accepted.

How to use it
When a class is full, up to 20 spaces are available on the waitlist.
You can check your booked and waitlisted classes in the app. If you're moved into a class, you'll receive an email, and your app will update - this will always happen before the 12-hour cancellation window.
It’s your responsibility to check your class status. If you can’t make it, be sure to cancel your space. Check your junk folder and add HYB as a known sender to avoid missing updates.
If you're added to a class but don’t attend or cancel in time, you'll be marked as absent.
monthly members
Monthly members will be charged £10 for each missed class.
If you’re unable to attend and miss the 12-hour cancellation window, please contact the studio as soon as possible. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to fill your space but we cannot guarantee that you won’t be charged.
If the class is fully booked, no exceptions can be made.
for pay as you go & class pass members
If you pay for single classes, you will be charged. If you have a class pass, a credit will be deducted from your account.
